

💫 Which property strategy should I choose? 💫
Buy to let’s, serviced accommodation, commercial conversions, rent to rent, HMO’s… the list goes on!
But which one is best for me?
When asking yourself this question - I would like you to start with your goals then work backwards, next look at the cash you have available and see whether your chosen strategy is feasible for you at this point. If not, what can you do to get there?
For example, rent to rent or sourcing can be a great strategy for those with less start up capital. In contrast commercial conversions can be a great way to generate large sums or money or ‘all money out’ rentals, but it does require a lot more start up capital and risk in general.
