

People sometimes ask me about gym stuff.
I been physically active my whole life, since a kid i did martial arts and when i was 20 i started running regularly and started flirting with strenght training.
my early 20s i was on and off with the gym, but the last 3 years i have been pretty damn consistent.
My personal best lifts are:
Deadlift 245kg
Bench press 145kg
Squat 145kg
currently im training with:
Deadlift 3-5 reps at 200kg, 2-3 sets + 1 or 2 and 180kg.
Squats 3-5 reps at 120-130kg, with 1-2 sets at 100kg aswell.
Benchpress i do about 4-5 reps at 120-130kg and finnish off with some reps at 100kg.
