I had an interruption during my workout so you'll see where that happens but I picked up where I left off and finished the workout. Make sure you watch to the end.
For time, 21-15-9-15-21 reps of:
Burpees
Kettlebell Swings (I used a 53#)
Battle ropes (number of reps = seconds)
