Riddle me this: What can you do today that you were not capable of a year ago?
For me: this time last year I completely let my emotions run my life. As of now, I am waaaay better at pausing and reflecting on my emotion and sitting with it and letting it pass, or simply choosing better emotions. This has been something I’ve been working on for years, but I’m just now getting into it being a legitimate HABIT!
