Added 2025-02-02 02:03:53 +0000 UTChello i’m currently in the hospital with rhabdomyolysis. i lifted weights for the first time in years and went to hard, which caused this. im not sure how long ill be in the hospital so bear with me :( my arms are super swollen and uncomfortable. they swelled even more overnight. i am worried about my liver/kidneys.
