I usually take part in rallyes where, prior to the race, I take pacenotes of the stages. To follow the stage correctly I use a terratrip directly in an app on my mobile, but later in the race we already know the way. Bajas, cross-country, Dakar... it's different. Here we do not recognize the stages previously, we went directly to run and with the ROADBOOK, I indicate to my driver where to go. For this reason we need a precise measurement tool (like the one in picture) to know which way to go, in which direction, what dangers we are going to find (holes, jumps, water, ravines...)
