Added 2024-04-09 15:34:00 +0000 UTCI’ve never seen a total solar eclipse in my life, and I can say with absolute certainty it was one of the most magical phenomena I’d ever witnessed. The moment I looked up with my naked eye during totality and saw the corona beaming out from behind the moon, tears came streaming down my face in complete awe. It was much bigger and more luminous than I’d imagined it to be, the stars came out in the sky and there was a 360 degree sunset all around me.
I look forward to returning to the beautiful city of Mazatlan in the future — and I’ll definitely be in Spain for the eclipse in August 2026!
