Regimens
I think this is something we have all struggled with at a point or another. It takes so much effort and discipline to keep our regimens together, whether it be for health, spirit, or simply just life. Personally, I hope that creating this space will help me hold myself accountable to my regimen. Life is hard, and life is effort, but keeping that momentum and keeping your regimen in tact can and DOES make things much easier. It's not about being robotic, or perfect, its about doing for yourself what you know you NEED. And if we can somehow come together and support each other in our regimens we may be able to keep them together and slip less. So lets all think about 5 things we know we NEED in a day, and hold ourselves to DOING THEM everyday this week. Blessings and I'm very excited to start this journey with you all :)

- Cleaning my living space
- Managing my mood changes
