I received great news yesterday and made a decision on my on my other place that I be rented for the last few years on a pumping beach break about an hour from where I’m building. A lot of my friends are there, it’s an awesome wave, and I’d like to go there more but part of the reason I’m building is to stop paying landlords. However, yesterday I went there and had a great convo with the landlord and I’m going to keep it. It’s also a dream of mine to buy it, so I totally didn’t want to let it go!
