I WILL be nice and tight for this new chapter of my life.....70!" She breathed in slowly with her eyes closed. She had always been athletic and toned. But now more than ever she wanted to be in the best shape of her life. So every night she did her workout and worked up a good sweat. As sweat dripped down her body, she began her deep stretch. She arched and reached and pulled. The petite girl felt every muscle in her body tingle with sensation. It was the best feeling. Downward dog.... cat-cow arch.... cobra.. lastly, childes pose. She felt her body relax and open. Taliya felt she could take on anything in this moment.
