

Flat belly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This has been like a goal of me for my entire life i think. The truth is... I didn't do anything special, I just did a lot of cardeo and ate less... I don't really have any secrets or tips about that... As breakfast I always ate oatmeal, perhaps that helps... Oh and one thing I also never do is weightlifting. I sometimes see videos of feminizing workouts who promote squatting or even doing weight excersises. I want to be weak and skinny and skipped all those. (Squats are not just for your legs and ass, you also train your arms, shoulders, abs, back, core...)
