LIFE UPDATE --------------------- Yay! I achieved my weightl..

LIFE UPDATE --------------------- Yay! I achieved my weightloss goal, but to be really skinny and weak like a true sissy, i prefer to lose 3 more kg's. So i'm not there yet! My plan : I need to lose weight and muscle! Or at the very minimum not gain any muscles. So I need big a caloric defecit. My diet : - I wake up, and I drink 1 Nalu, this is my only unhealthy habit haha. It's 50 calories, but I always look forward to it and it gets me going. - I avoid eating untill I really really feel hunger. Mostly this is at around 12:00. I eat 2 wholegrain crackers with some Jam. Sometimes I also eat 2 slices wholegrain bread with some banana if I really feel I need more energy. (On days I workout for example) - In the evening, I eat just the normal dishes. Patatoes, pasta,... I don't eat fries or anything with much fat. And... That's it! :) For the rest of the evening, I distract myself as much as possible and eat nothing untill the next day. My drinking habbits are abit more unhealthy, besides the nalu, I like Diet coke a lot. I only drink water before and after workouts. My workouts : I just run. What was really surprising to me is that running when you are out of shape is a very uncomfortable workout. You get very tired or you start to experience pain in your back.. knees.. legs.. it's very anoying. But if you keep going, you get past the uncomfortable phase. And you actually start to enjoy and like running. You set new goals each time and you acomplish them and it makes you feel good. Besides, I always run in female leggings and a thong, it's kinda hot to do haha. If people would really inspect me they could even see my chastity cage buldge. Now I can run half marathons easily. After +- 20km, I start to feel pain and often need to quit. I still want to be able to run a marathon. I never had a passion for running, but it kinda grows on you haha. I added my statistics.
