I said : ''I always imagen myself in extreme situations. Imagen that you NEED to run an entire marathon right now, or everyone you care about dies. Would you run that marathon?'' He said : ''Yes of course i would'' I said : ''So you are actually able to run a marathon right now, it's just your belief and mindset that limits you'' I felt smart ! 🤭
