So im extremely lucky I didn't break or fractur3 any of my ribs tonight. Just some severe pain, internal bl33ding and a ha3morrhag3 that's damaged some muscle that's going to cause bruising. M3ds have kicked in and I'm covered in heat packs laying on my back like a star fish, lit as fuuuuuuuuuuuuuk 💀😂
