BREATH is the bridge from the mind to the body, linking you to your heart and soul. Sadly, most of us breath very shallow and don’t get the most out of their lungs and don’t use their breathing muscles efficiently. This technique I am using after the ice bath is from the Wim Hof method and it really helps me fire my core back after freezing. As you know, this is not the only breathing exercise I do. I practice daily yoga pranayama, attend breathwork sessions every few months, perform 3 rounds of breath hold before getting in the tub(Wim Hof breathing exercise), … … I even just studied the anatomy of the respiratory diaphragm and manual therapy techniques! 🙆🏼‍♀️ ..SO, how much attention to you give to your breathing? 🙃
