When I get to the end of my rope I shut down for a few days. It don’t happen often. Maybe once every few months but as it just happened I’ll tell you all about it 😂 I do take stuff for it and I get into my head that I can just drop it but that is untrue. I’m just not me without it. I feel like it makes me lesser of a person and I don’t tell a lot of people about it but it’s important to know if you are going through bull shit we all are. It’s how you come out of it that matters. Take the time to make you mentally yourself whether it’s a crazy freak like me or an introvert. Just be you xoxox 😘😘 I wish weeed was legal for nurses to just chill haha
