

How has your week started? ☺️ I hope good.
I’ve got quite a busy schedule this week. I’ve started going for these trainings/classes where I’m learning something called “goata movement”. Ever heard of it? Basically, I’m learning how to correctly stand, move, walk, sit etc. How to properly “rotate” my body while walking (like that my pelvis and butt should be doing some smexy “side to side” movements while I walk) and so on. It’s very interesting and suprising that something I do every single day (walk), I actually don’t do correctly 😄 Well, time to fix that and learn a healthy, natural, sexy cat walk 😎😇
