An interesting thing happened, where me and a guy I know for many years (just a friend tho) were planning to go to the lake. As the day was coming, he canceled it and said that he cannot do it, because of what people could think of him if I was there with him (because I’m hairy)
He said he is aware that we aren’t dating, but the people wouldn’t know that. Basically he was implying on being shy or ashmed? If random people thought he was dating a hairy girl.
No hard feelings on my side, I respect everyone and accept his choice.
Few weeks later I was driving with another male friend somewhere and we drove near a lake so he decided that we should make a stop there.
I asked him “Well, are you not gonna be ashmed to go with me because I’m.. u know”
He said “hairy? No i’m not ashmed. I don’t judge a book by it’s cover and don’t care about people who do”
Both of these guys are my very close friends. Both are attractive and smart. Neither of them is attracted to hairyness in particular. I’m not here to judge them, but I know for myself that all I can say is I’m thankful to my hairyness for filtering it out for me and keeping around the people who I appreciate to be around.
