They came out to fix it yesterday but just made everything worse, I have to hold the lid open with my trusty spatula. They said they would try and replace it but since Thanksgiving is this week it probably won't get fixed until next week. I have to constantly check on it and restart it for it to attempt to wash any clothes. Ahhhhh
