After my dad passed I haven’t been myself and then I got sick and still am :( trying to decide if I’m going to continue this or not. It’s the only thing that brought me confidence to my body but I’m not as consistent as a lot of peeps on here and don’t have the support or motivation from anyone to keep doing it! But we shall see what happens!
