This works best with resistance bands, I have attached mine to my feet in the video so that you can hit the upper back and latissimus with a straight pull and another one from above on a door handle, be creative with the pulling.
Pull-ups would be best but unfortunately I don't have a good door frame for a bar.
Otherwise it's biceps, neck and stomach.
