



Today we're starting with burpees to warm up. 10 minutes would be too much for this, keep going until you can't do any more. You can keep increasing the exercise and make it longer.
Let's start with dumbbell bench presses, the same number as yesterday, that's our rhythm now.
With the weights you have to test yourself to see if you can manage the set.
Then Arnold dips, push-ups, test whether you can do 10 without kneeling.
Then shoulder presses with dumbbells.
