



For the vegetarian alternative, I take 100g of grainy cream cheese, a cup of whey and 200g of Skyrim every morning. At lunchtime, I prepare a lightly stirred mixture of red lentils, peas and kidney beans and take another 250g, a handful of broccoli and a handful of rice. In the evening, I have 4 eggs and a slice of wholemeal bread.
