I haven’t run in 2 weeks until tonight A combination of being super tired, having no energy, the weather & also my feet are pretty fucked up at the minute (- if there are any medical professionals on here please inbox me 😂 as I haven’t had time to get this looked at & it is rather painful) I was really hard on myself this week - I felt shit, my energy was off - I was unkind to myself, I hated my body, my whole sense of self was off But I dragged myself out for 5K tonight & I feel 100 times better. I realised I was being harsh when I needed to rest, reset & relax. It was just 25 minutes but I cleared my head, got a shower & now I’m going to relax for the evening. Remember to always be kind to yourself. Take time to listen to yourself - what your mind needs, your body needs & what your soul needs. ♥️
