Added 2023-03-24 17:38:47 +0000 UTCSo I posted this video on Instagram yesterday as a throwback workout video I found 🏋🏻♀️ It’s been 3 years ago since we were on lockdown 🔒 3 years almost exactly we were f0rced to choose to remain indoors and complacent, or find a way to get some physical training in. Not far from our house was an old rock quarry, so we went and lifted rocks to get a workout in. This was obviously before we had all of our exercise equipment at home, and we went out there time after time to stay physically active and actually “lift” heavy objects. Let’s hope it never comes to this again. No excuses nonetheless 💯
