I had all of these concerns and let me give you some tips that helped me!!

#1 - Everyone starts somewhere. Keep in mind that when you see someone who’s really fit, they weren’t born that way! They put the work in to get where they are, and were also probably nervous in the beginning! πŸ˜₯πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

#2 - Pick a comfortable place to work out. I started working out at home, just to show myself I could. I was anxious about working out in a gym, but once I found the perfect fit for me, all of my fears went away! 🏑😊

#3 - Focus on YOU and YOU alone! I promise nobody there is worried about you, or criticizing your presence. Everyone there is there for one reason; self improvement. So make sure you focus on improving yourself! Celebrate YOUR goals, and dont compare yourself to others! πŸ₯°πŸ₯³
