

Always catch me 'hanging out' outside! What a wonderful place to just sit back and relax! Being outside can actually help your body slow down, that means a lower heart rate, and an improved mood. This doesn't mean you need to be running around in the heat, or even be in the sun at all! Grab a hammock, a chair, or even a blanket, and snooze in the shade. The great outdoors truly are great, especially to just sit back and let the stress and anxiety of life float away!
