Context, my boyfriend and I are using grading scales to measure our daily efforts towards weight loss. He's a normal person with a F-A scale.
Meanwhile tornadoes are my ultimate hyper fixation so I made mine as a parody of the enhanced Fujita scale. (I call it the enhanced foodita scale.)
Here's how the scale works:
EF0:
steps: <4000
calories in: going over my calories burned
burned: <2600
EF1:
steps: 4000-8000
calories in: 1300-1400
burned: 2600-2800
EF2:
steps: 8000-12000
calories in: 1400-1550
burned: 2800-3100
EF3:
steps: 12000-16000
calories in: 1550-1700
burned: 3100-3400
EF4:
steps: 16000-20000
calories in: 1700-1850
burned: 3400-3700
EF5:
steps: 20000-25000
calories in: 1850-2050
burned: 3700-4100
EF6:
steps: 25000+
calories in: 2200-3500
burned: 4400+
I average up my score with each category. For example if I'm at EF4 with steps, EF3 with calories eaten and EF5 with calories burned. I'd get the average from those up to get the placement overall. In this example its an EF4.
(Also EF6 doesn't exist its a purely hypothetical tornado that likely will never happen. I just added it to be funny ngl.)
I am totally a normal person.
