I took a day trip out of the city with my fitness trainer... By the way, I haven't told you about her - she's a brilliant 55-year-old woman with a family, and she's such an energizer! Look at these beautiful, thin birch trees... 🌳 and the grass is so soft and even... I was lying in a hammock, watching nature and relaxing 🥰🥰🥰 In the city, everything is held in an iron grip, and there's no way to take a break, so moments like these, where you can unwind without competition or rushing anywhere, are incredibly valuable ... 😌 It's a pity I was too shy to record us exercising outdoors. I also felt a bit self-conscious because I went alone and was the youngest there, all the women were over 50, but I felt sooooo comfortable in their company 🥰 💫
