Those who follow me on Snapchat (@candacecougarma) know I’ve been very ill. I was admitted last week for HEART FAILURE. Isn’t that terrifying?!?!
But I’m home now and determined to live forever!
Instead of heart failure, ima think of it as heart partial-success. 😂 I guess my heart is just too big for this world. Because I love y’all too much! ❤️
