Because I certainly do. The last few days I’ve actually been struggling, and my internal dialogue has been telling me to change my body, which has been a battle considering how far I’ve come. So I’m just letting you know that body acceptance is a fluctuating journey, therefore I haven’t created any content for a few days. I should be back to normal soon and I’ll hopefully get some content out to you guys next week! I appreciate your patience with me🥰💗
