

trying to make my freelancer life more active xd i started off slow, just with some simple exercises that didn’t require weights. it’s easier to start slow! like doing sit-ups and yoga poses. just getting acquainted with things, and then slowly building from there. i got some stuff for my exercises as well i’m trying to feel like i can handle some stress better, and hopefully i’ll be able to sleep better. it helps a lot to know that you’re working toward something, it just makes me feel accomplished in some way :3
