As a woman, as a mother of a little girl, as a person who works in the public sector, who cares about all of the different kinds of people in my community, and who would like to be proud of my country, this is a devastating result.
For those of you that are also disappointed, I hope you have friends and family you can lean on today and in the coming days/weeks/4 years as we figure out what this means for our country.
