Intuitive eating is an approach to eating that is based on listening carefully to your needs, wants and signals from your body💛 The basic idea is to trust your body and make conscious food choices based on your own needs!🍌🍏 Personally, I've tried eating according to this principle several times, but it turns out that my body always chooses pizza and chips!😂 So I've decided that until I'm disciplined enough - no more intuitive eating!😅 How do you feel about this?👀
