Added 2021-11-16 21:17:39 +0000 UTCI don’t know how I *just* discovered **Esther Perel**, but I highly recommend everyone to look into her wisdom 🤓 Even if you are not in a relationship, but especially so if you are! 👏🏼 I have always been a huge fan of love & sex advice columns, and some of you may have received my suggestion of checking out Savage Love, a column by Dan Savage (if you haven’t already, do it!), but this is a step further: you get to listen in on a therapy session lead by Esther, and she’s brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! I came across her in a different podcast I listen to occasionally, called Invisibilia from NPR and the episode was looking at the concept of Friend Therapy (like couple therapy, but for friends), and why it’s so unheard of. The episode followed the structure of her podcasts and I was immediately hooked (i.e. you get to “sit in” in one of her sessions), it was so emotional, but at the same time so full of valuable advice and great lessons that I just had to immediately search for more! And I was certainly not disappointed by what I found 🤩 **P.S.:** she also has a different podcast about relations in the working sphere/environment, which I haven’t checked out yet, but just in case that’s more up your alley ☺️
