Added 2025-03-03 12:37:55 +0000 UTCA hole is an empty space in an object. And yet we often strive for everything to be filled, our days, our bank accounts, even our downtime must be filled with proof of our worthiness.
But without that empty space, which is a painful aching nothingness at times (which we feel staring at a wall intent in thought and longing), we can’t actually get distance to understand what is actually in front of us. A beautiful piece of art in a completely cluttered room cannot be seen.
And as far as our bodies go, without those empty spaces nothing could enter into us or come out of us and be shared. Hornily and tenderly (and otherwise 😂)
So perhaps contra King Lear something does come from nothing. Anyway.. here is my hole…. 😈😈😈
