I wanted to take some time to expound on how I got this way. If you haven’t already watch my pinned post interview. Where I also talk about growing up a Jehovahs Witness, and how my journey has not always been easy.
I included some references, that were mentioned in this episode. These books helped me get a clearer understanding of where I wanted to go with my spirituality after I left the religion.
I also included some sex addiction books. If you feel that you are having unhealthy sex, or can’t control your sexual urges, or even watching porn so much that it’s effecting your ability to work, or have normal relationships in real life. These books helped me a lot too.
Again this post cum material. My goal in all of this has always been about self love and self care.
