








Its not often I do exercise, but when I do, OH BOY IS IT A FUCKING MISTAKE. My heart rate spiked at 167 bpm while filming this. You can just see how exhausted I was doing Bad Push-ups, Bad Sit Ups, Bad Squats, Bad Running In Place, and Bad Star Jumps... 460lbs of fat and lard moving in ways it wasn't meant to move...
Can I be immobile now?
