


Hi, my favorite subscribers! ๐Today I want to share with you my time at the gym! ๐๏ธโโ๏ธโจ๐ The morning started with a warm-up - 15 minutes of cardio๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Then I moved on to strength training. I worked on my legs and glutes - squats, lunges and leg presses. I can feel the muscles burning! ๐ฅ๐ฅค Not forgetting about hydration! It's important to water to keep yourself in shape. ๐ง๐งโโ๏ธ I finish my workout with stretching - it helps to relax and prevent injury.I love spending time at the gym and working on myself! ๐ How do you do your workouts?
