🥑 Avocado toast with a poached egg and fresh tomatoes 🍅 is perfect for a delicious and healthy breakfast. Crusty whole wheat bread, rich creamy avocado, tender egg and juicy tomatoes..... mmm, just delicious! 😋
✨ The recipe is simple:
1. Toast a slice of whole wheat bread.
2. Mash the avocado with a little lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Cook a poached egg and place it on the bread with the avocado.
4. Garnish with tomatoes and greens to taste.
