

I’m big on the Keto diet!!! Giving up WINGS isn’t an option for me lol. I do keto on and off (because I loveeeee pizza) but when I am doing it, it’s always effective. For those of you that don’t truly know what keto is, the idea is for you to get more calories from protein and fat and less from carbs. You cut back most on the carbs that are easy to digest, like sugar, soda, pastries, and white bread. Now that doesn’t mean I don’t get carbs at all, just means I eat the good carbs already found in foods! Most people start off with getting at no more than 50 carbs a day, however, I went straight for no more than 30 to get / stay in ketosis quicker! Ketosis is when your body eventually runs out of fuel (bl00d sugar) it can use quickly, (Usually takes 3 to 4 days) then you’ll start to break down protein and fat for energy, which makes you lose weight.
