Autsch! Ich bin beim absteigen vom Fahrrad blöd aufgekommen und hab mir die Sehne irgendwie gedehnt.. Es hat auch leise geknackt, aber das kenne ich.. wahrscheinlich humpel ich jetzt wieder ein paar Tage.
Als ich mich etwas abstützen wollte, hab ich mich noch an einer Dorne verletzt... War echt nicht mein Glückstag... 😫
