

Beach season is just around the corner and I decided to get ready in advance! πͺβ¨ Time to get in shape and enjoy every moment under the sun. I started by working out and eating right so I can feel confident in my swimsuit. ππ¦Every day is a step towards shining on the beach and I'm ready to show my best side! πβ¨ I love morning jogs on the boardwalk and doing yoga outdoors. Not only does it help keep my body toned, but it fills me with energy and positivity! π π§ββοΈI also don't forget about proper nutrition: fresh vegetables, fruits and lots of water are my best friends during this period. ππ₯ It's so nice to see how the body changes and becomes tighter!How do you prepare for the summer season?
