Well, before, I always take a bath to be as comfortable as possible with my body and makeup.
At the end of filming, I brush my teeth, remove my makeup, and brush my hair. I'm ready to go to sleep. I almost always start recording from the afternoon until midnight (in my days off) or all night after work because I make my effort or delete captures that I didn't like (I recreate them again).
