En diciembre me diagnosticaron prediabetes, resistencia a la insulina y deficiencia de vitamina D, estuve varios días afectado y triste ya que lo peor de todo es que mi padecimiento se debía a que lo heredé genéticamente, ya que de por sí como muy poco. y no puedo comer como la gente normal ya que los lácteos, la grasa o los alimentos sazonados mi cuerpo no los procesa bien y eso incluye también el café, por lo tanto desde diciembre comencé a seguir un tratamiento que me ayudaría a estar mejor y a bajar de peso, sin embargo esto implica disciplina de muchas maneras... Sin embargo, esto no me ha impedido amar mi cuerpo curvy y que una de mis metas este año es adelgazar para verme como estaba en Venezuela .
