




Hey folks! I am alive. After my outdoor shoot fell through, my life just started to spin out of control for a bit. I had to take care of family stuff (nothing serious) that took me away from the gym and work. I kinda started to feel icky and off my game. Didn't really feel like doing much outside of sleeping and not feeling very inspired to do much. Thankfully I'm getting back into it and in fact I have another shoot booked for September which I'm going to train hard for! It's good to have goals. In any case, the grind at the gym has me feeling pretty good (but getting a haircut and a beard trim is always a nice power up)! Thanks for the support as always!
