Could be worse. Just have to make sure I don't fully tear it. I don't want surgery. Besides that I hope everyone had a great weekend. I did even though I hurt myself. I have to remember I'm not a kid anymore. Things hurt faster and take longer to heal. I just might have to let the machine do most of the work until I'm able to move my arm more.
