I was doing cable crunches and on my third or fourth set, the pin either broke or slipped out of place. The metal thing came crashing down from one of the top holes and gashed the back of my head. 6 staples with no local anesthesia which was not fun 🤕 Fortunately, the staples come out on Friday (before I fly to Australia) and that should be pretty quick and painless. I also can return to exercising tomorrow and cannot wait to finally get a haircut this weekend ✂️
