Panty check a bit late today because my day job kept me busy. 😒😂 As usual, more will be in my stories but the girls only made it out for these. Not sure anyone cares, but I figured I’d tell y’all a bit about my day job. If you’re only here for the girls, you can skip over this … 😂 I’m a mechanical engineer and got my masters degree in internal combustion engines, but I’ve worked as a rocket propulsion engineer for most of my 27 year career. I typically do analysis of the cryogenic propellant systems for rocket core stages but am now supporting an upper stage development. The first rocket I worked on was the Delta IV which is sadly going to retire soon (maybe that means I should as well? 😂). I also worked the Space Shuttle (main engines) and supported landings … I was in the control room 21 years ago today for the Columbia disaster (February 1, 2003). I wanted to work on rockets since I was 12 years old. My dad instilled a love of them in me, and despite what you might think … I do not have daddy issues. 😂 He’s a wonderful man and father and he taught me that I could do anything I put my mind to. ❤️
