The reason for that is I had a pretty major health incident in the beginning of October and I've been taking it easy and recovering since. I'm almost back at 100% and I'm gonna start posting more content next week, but I wanted to hear from you - my dear patients - what type of content you subscribed to my page for and what you want to see.
